The Gazebo was built for outdoor weddings and events.

The Ridgetop Mall, located across the street from Patti's was acquired and is where Patti's Annex now sits. The annex is our rentable banquet facility.

The charming little Chapel at the back of the Settlement was moved from this same area and has been used as a backdrop for several engagements and weddings over the years.

The 19th Hole Miniature Golf Course was designed and built for all ages to enjoy.
